Requirement Details :

Position: Documentum Admin required

Location:  Waukegan, IL

Type of hire:  Full Time

Salary/Rate: $85K per annum

 

EXP Level: 6+ years

 

Must Have Skills: Documentum Administration, API, DQL, DFC

 

  • Execute the tasks assigned by Technical lead
  • Responsible for delivery of level 2 incident and enhancements
  • Liaise with the technical team for the level 3 incidents
  • Provide production and enhancement support
  • Participate in status report meetings and hold responsibility of status reports
  • POC for the offshore support analysts
