Role: AIX Admin

• Involved in Microsoft Windows Administration, Change Management.

• Worked in OTSLM and was responsible for developing Ontarget based solutions for Knowledge and Performance Management in the in the Production Engineering Team.

• Was responsible to study all operations under IT IS and develop solutions to Improve Knowledge and Performance management tools on Ontarget framework.

• Monitoring couple of Ticket Mgmt. Queues using “Service Desk Manager" tool in On

• Target/Service now.

• Learnt about SQL Servers and has knowledge on SQL server administration and queries.

• Always addicted to 100% SLA, proactive monitoring with zero escalations.

• Logged into all the servers and Captured Daily log analysis. Documented all the Errors and Warnings listed.

• Requirement Analysis.

• Individually attended many internal audits and was successful.

• Understood each business as a separate entity and had very good requirement gathering skills.

• Supported Digital fuel team where they prepare dashboard and PMR reports to delivery team using OTSLM /VMware IT Business Management Suite tool to manipulate the SLAs made with the customers and generates several reports for the same. Based on the SLA Targets, Penalties, Tickets, Agreements, etc., reports will be generated on daily, weekly or monthly for management levels or clients as well for monitoring the SLAs being met every time.

• Worked as a developer as well as Business Analyst in OTSLM team and worked on the following

• Gathering information from customers for Report Generation.

• Creating Adaptors &Flows According to the requirement. Building and Executing Queries in Oracle and implementing it in Digital fuel

• Generation of various kinds of reports, publishing the dashboard reports to the customers

• Giving required limited access to the customers to use Digital fuel in order to view the reports built.

• Moving the deployed projects to production server, creating & scheduling batch.
