- Build candidate database by networking, social media, etc.

- Identify, interview, and facilitating the hiring of salaried, full-time, W-2, and Corp to Corp technical staff with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking, team environment by continuous calling.

- Create, maintain, and update candidate database records .

- Prep and coordinate consultant client interviews. 

- Coordinate technical tests and verify consultant references.

- Generate client leads and consultant referrals.

- Manage job postings. 

 

Requirements:
